  Nice guys but if you have a software issue such as a non bootable operating system or if your system is acting weird you may want to look elsewhere. I had a bad hard drive but I was still booting up into repair mode on windows 10 I did not have the time to mess with the system via a online google solution. Running a simple diagnostic program on the laptop will run you 40 dollars and their solution was to clone the bad harddrive for 225 which is way more than the value of the laptop. I was able to figure out a googled solution in under 30 minutes to boot into my system and create a proper back so I can get a new harddrive for the failing one. I was hoping for a software solution vs straight into a few hundred dollar solution which seems to be the most expensive but easiest solution to be done for them anyays. If you don't mind the pricing by all means but if your wanting a more in depth solution at a cheaper rate call around and explain your problem they probably have seen it several times over. Being charged 40 dollars just to run a diagnostic program seems a bit overpriced when it takes them a minute to load then of which I was still able to actually repair the operating system myself which is what all I really wanted and not a new hard drive. Not sure what the hourly rate is but it does seem a bit high. Hopefully this review will help others ask the right questions before being hit with a high repair cost.
